West Shore Home in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer. You will start at 6:30 AM, load materials, travel to customer homes, and install tubs, surrounds, and update plumbing as needed.

You will clean up thoroughly, provide a 5-star customer experience, and follow SOPs and PPE protocols while delivering quality workmanship. A $1,000 signing bonus is offered, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry or remodeling; willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and equipment by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customers' homes, greet clients, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan and wall surrounds; update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
