Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a skilled Bath/Shower Installer to join our exterior and interior remodeling team in Savannah, GA. You will install baths and ensure workmanship aligns with manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and project work orders.

With 3+ years of installation experience, you excel at using power tools, measuring equipment, and delivering strong customer service while upholding quality and safety. Overtime and Saturdays may be required. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

PAY:$85,000-$120,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
