Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking an installer dedicated to bath product installations, measuring precisely, and coordinating closely with customers and crews. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and delivering exceptional service from pre-construction through job completion.

You will lift heavy materials, work on-site for extended hours, and ensure all documentation and payments are completed upon job closeout. The position requires reliability and hands-on craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications and perform pre-construction activities including technical measure.
• Function in a customer-facing support role, providing face-to-face, phone and email support, troubleshooting complex customer issues, and delivering solutions for 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately measure products, complete product orders, develop labor estimates and specify additional supplies for projects.
• Communicate with customers and crew to resolve conflicts discovered during measure, installation and service.
• Ensure customers understand the installation process and provide clear answers to questions.
• Monitor installation progress and uphold quality standards for the full lifecycle of customer jobs.
• Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels (must be able to lift over 75 lbs).
• Will be on your feet 6-9 hours a day.

Responsibilities

Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

YOU'LL DO:

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (i.e., sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measure.
• Function in a customer-facing support role, provides face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoots complex customer issues; provides creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
