P.J. Fitzpatrick is a trusted home remodeling company specializing in roofing, windows, doors, siding, baths, and gutters. We are seeking an installer to lead bath product installations and coordinate with customers and crews to ensure high-quality workmanship.

You will review contracts, measure accurately, develop labor estimates, and maintain safety standards. Expect a physically demanding schedule, with potential for growth within a supportive, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications and pre-construction activities.
• Face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions.
• Accurately measure products, complete product orders, estimate labor and specify supplies.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout installation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (sizes, colors, styles) and perform pre-construction activities including technical measure.
• Function in a customer-facing support role, provide face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues; provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately measure products, complete product orders, develop labor estimates and specify additional supplies needed for the project.
• Communicate with customer and crew to resolve conflicts during measure, installation and service.
• Ensure customers understand the installation process and have questions answered.
• Monitor and assist installation to maintain quality standards and superior customer service throughout the job lifecycle.
• Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels (must be able to lift over 75lbs).
• Will be on your feet 6-9 hours a day.
• Complete services when necessary.
• Collect final payments and required documentation from customers at job completion.
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained in a clean, stocked condition.
• Complete OSHA Safety Course.
• Show up on time and be ready to work each day.
• Keep work area clean.

Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

YOU'LL DO:
