Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick in Raleigh is seeking a Bath Installer to lead on-site installations of Bath products, follow job orders, and maintain safety and quality standards.

You will review orders, perform precise measurements, create labor estimates, assist customers face-to-face, and coordinate with crews to ensure timely, high-quality results.

This role requires physical stamina (lift over 75 lbs), standing 6–9 hours daily, and a commitment to excellent customer service and product workmanship.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and measurements.

• Ability to work with field team to coordinate installations and scheduling.
• Commitment to safety and following OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications and perform pre-construction activities including measurements.
• Provide face-to-face, phone and email support to customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Take precise measurements, prepare labor estimates and order required materials.
• Coordinate with crew to ensure installation quality and address conflicts.
• Explain installation process to customers and answer questions.
• Ensure timely completion and maintain company quality standards throughout the project life cycle.
• Lift base showers or tubs and heavy panels (must be able to lift >75 lbs).
• Stand for 6-9 hours daily and maintain a clean work area.

GENERAL:

Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

YOU'LL DO:

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (i.e., sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measure.
• Function in a customer-facing support role, provides face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoots complex customer issues; provides creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Accurately measure Products, complete Product order, develop labor estimate and specify additional supplies needed for the project.
• Communicate with customer and crew to resolve conflicts discovered during measure, installation and service.
• Ensure customers understand the installation process and provide answers to customer questions.
• Monitor and help the installation of jobs and ensures company quality standards are maintained and superior customer service is provided for the entire life-cycle of customer jobs.
• Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels ( must be able to lift over 75lbs)
• Will be on your feet 6-9 hours a day
• Complete services when necessary.
• Collect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.
• Complete OSHA Safety Course
• Show up on time and be ready to work each day
• Responsible for keeping their work area clean
