Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. seeks an on-site installer to lead bath product installations, perform precise measurements, and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires lifting heavy materials (75 lbs+), being on-site 6–9 hours daily, and completing OSHA safety training. PTO and health-related benefits are included, along with vision and dental options.

Qualifications

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy and provide pre-construction measurements.
• Function in a customer-facing role delivering face-to-face, phone and email support.
• Accurately measure products, prepare orders and estimate labor needs.
• Ensure safe job sites and proper handling of materials (e.g., lifting over 75 lbs).
• Complete OSHA Safety Course and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts for accuracy of specs (sizes, colors, styles) and perform pre-construction activities.
• Provide customer support to troubleshoot issues and maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
• Measure products, complete orders, and specify additional supplies for projects.
• Communicate with customers and crew to resolve issues during measure, install, and service.
• Explain installation processes and answer customer questions.
• Monitor installations to uphold quality standards and service across the lifecycle.
• Keep company vehicle clean and stocked; manage documentation and payments on completion.

GENERAL:

Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

YOU'LL DO:

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (i.e., sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measure.
• Function in a customer-facing support role, provides face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoots complex customer issues; provides creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Accurately measure Products, complete Product order, develop labor estimate and specify additional supplies needed for the project.
• Communicate with customer and crew to resolve conflicts discovered during measure, installation and service.
• Ensure customers understand the installation process and provide answers to customer questions.
• Monitor and help the installation of jobs and ensures company quality standards are maintained and superior customer service is provided for the entire life-cycle of customer jobs.
• Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels ( must be able to lift over 75lbs)
• Will be on your feet 6-9 hours a day
• Complete services when necessary.
• Collect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.
• Complete OSHA Safety Course
• Show up on time and be ready to work each day
• Responsible for keeping their work area clean
