P.J. Fitzpatrick is a trusted home remodeling company hiring an installer to handle bath product installations and lead job progress in the field. The role follows work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

Training occurs at the New Castle, DE office with travel as needed. Applicants should have 3+ years of bath/shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling experience, strong tool skills, and solid communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment.

PAY:$85,000-$120,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fees as well as provide per diem for food!
