Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick in Bowie, MD is seeking a bath installer to join our exterior and interior remodeling team. You will install bath products, follow work orders, and uphold manufacturer guidelines, quality standards, and safety rules as you lead by example on each job.

All training occurs at our New Castle, DE office with travel and lodging support, plus per diem for meals. Our benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, overtime, holidays, and a $5,000 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bath/shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
