As a Team Lead Specialist, you will collaborate with partners to plan, facilitate, and complete Building Automation System (BAS) installations for a variety of end users, managing projects to ensure a client-focused approach and adherence to budget. Coordinate tasks with field technicians, engineering, and graphics teams, oversee third-party electrical installations, and ensure seamless BAS integration and functionality. Responsibilities include managing project meetings, addressing construction changes, verifying system operations, and performing start-ups and commissioning, with expertise in troubleshooting, BACnet, and building automation systems.
