Role Overview

As a Team Lead Specialist, you will collaborate with partners to plan, facilitate, and complete Building Automation System (BAS) installations for a variety of end users. You will manage projects to ensure a client-focused approach and adherence to budget, coordinate tasks with field technicians, engineering, and graphics teams, oversee third-party electrical installations, and ensure seamless BAS integration and functionality. Responsibilities include managing project meetings, addressing construction changes, verifying system operations, and performing start-ups and commissioning, with expertise in troubleshooting, BACnet, and building automation systems.

Requirements

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of field service experience in HVAC or BAS
• Clean driving record
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems such as Tridium, Delta Controls, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, or others
• Delta Controls expertise is strongly preferred

NICE TO HAVE

• Installation experience
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus networking protocols
• Experience with Tridium Niagara
• Programming skills
• Delta Controls Red5 certification
