Job summary

Yates Company, LLC is seeking a BAS Controls Lead Installer in San Antonio, TX to install building automation systems under the guidance of the Project Manager. The role involves bending conduit, pulling wire, wiring end devices, and ensuring alignment with contract documents and project schedules.

The Installer will read blueprints, support installation across new construction and retrofits, and work with a team to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Basic computer skills and CAD awareness are a plus.
• Strong work ethic and craftsmanship with customer focus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Install BAS components per project plans and submittals.
• Bend conduit (½ and ¾ EMT), pull and terminate wires, label panels.
• Explain and troubleshoot control modules and end devices as needed.
• Oversee installation tasks and coordinate with Project Manager across sites.
