Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BAS training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of installation/maintenance of BAS.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS installers in installation and maintenance.
• Plan and organize daily tasks; assign duties and track progress.
• Train and mentor new team members on installation techniques.
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Keep records of work, materials, and hours spent per project.
• Communicate progress and concerns to clients as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.
