Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS installers in installation and maintenance.
• Plan and organize daily tasks; assign duties; ensure timely completion.
• Train and mentor new team members in installation techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers for timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Keep accurate records of work, materials, and time spent.
