Southwest Electrical Contracting Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a BAS Installer Lead to guide a team of BAS installers in installing and maintaining building automation systems for commercial clients. You will coordinate with project managers, schedule daily tasks, and ensure work meets schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in installation and maintenance of BAS.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS installers in installation and maintenance of BAS.
• Plan and organize daily tasks for the team, assign duties and ensure on-time completion.
• Train and mentor new team members in proper installation techniques and procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools/equipment are maintained.
