Job summary

Paycom seeks a Lead Bartender for our Summit, NJ location to oversee bar operations and mentor staff in a fine dining setting.

Candidates must have 3+ years of bar management, strong cocktail knowledge, and experience with inventory/cost control. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; competitive hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bar management experience in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and service standards.
• Experience with inventory systems, ordering, and cost control.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with ownership and management on cocktail menus, specials, and beverage programming
