Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to support daily bar operations and help guide the bar team during service and events. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences while helping maintain strong team standards. This position is year‑round.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing day‑to‑day operations behind the bar
• Order and manage bar inventory with guidance from the Food & Beverage Director
• Train bartenders and bar staff on policies, procedures, and service standards established by leadership
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked bar workspace
• Ensure bar supplies, garnishes, and products are properly stocked and organized for service
• Lead and support the Front‑of‑House team during events such as weddings, private parties, and other functions
• Provide hands‑on bartending service during regular operations and private events
