Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners seeks a Lead Bartender/Mixologist to oversee the hotel bar operations, curate the cocktail list, manage setup and breakdown, and ensure quality service for guests.

You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold company standards, and support bar profitability while collaborating with hotel teams. A minimum of 3–6 months in food/beverage service is required, with cocktail and wine service skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months experience in a food/beverage service environment.
• Ability to mix cocktails correctly.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Provide cordial, efficient guest service ensuring satisfaction.
• Comply with state liquor laws and obtain Tips certification.
• Maximize bar profitability through portion control and accurate charges.
• Check IDs to confirm drinking age and process payments.
• Maintain liquor requisitions and inventory as needed.
• Support consistency across properties with standardized tools.
