Job summary

Old Town Bar LLC is seeking a full-time Bartending Team Lead – Mixologist to support, lead, and execute our beverage program with consistency and professionalism. This role is ideal for an experienced bartender who enjoys being hands-on behind the bar while guiding standards, training team members, and contributing to menu development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years bartending experience in high-volume or craft settings.
• Experience leading cocktail or beverage programs and training staff.
• Available nights, weekends and holidays; alcohol service certification preferred.

• Design and maintain cocktail menus and seasonal features.
