Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One experience bartending required.
• Two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of two years of college preferred.
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean, organized manner.
• Serve guests and promote Drury hospitality at all times.
