Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year of bartending experience required; two+ years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of two years of college preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications per Company requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of cocktails in a fast-paced environment; may perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server.
• Ability to handle money, make change, and operate POS and other office machines.
• Ability to operate bar and kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism in interactions with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies.
• Maintain food prep and bar area in a clean, well‑organized state.
• Serve guests and assist with requests while upholding Drury hospitality standards.
• Answer questions about hotel, area, and events; provide recommendations as needed.
