Qualifications

• Proficiency with Micros or Aloha POS.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead bartender duties, mentor staff, and ensure guest service across hotel bars.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operation, inventory, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with Kentucky ABC and local laws; enforce age verification.
• Develop menus, train new staff, conduct tastings and shift briefings.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; uphold SOPs across outlets.
