Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel – 2 South 4th Street, St. Louis, MO is hiring for a bartender to open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies. You will keep the bar area clean and well‑stocked while serving guests with warmth and hospitality.

Must be 21+, with bartending experience; high school diploma required; two years of college preferred. Excellent English, cash handling, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Bartender experience required.
• Two+ years bartender experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Ability to obtain required certifications per Company requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies.
• Maintain the bar area and prep space in a clean, organized manner.
• Serve guests with integrity, hospitality and professionalism.
• Answer questions about the hotel, area and events.
• Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed.
