Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations and services.
• Ability to conduct inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Make the 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy for guests.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for team members and guests.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback including food prep and cleanup.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby clean and organized.
• Ensure food safety standards and adequate supplies.
• Present and maintain integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture.
• Answer guest questions using hotel, area, and events knowledge.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 attitude.
