Job summary

Sanpablolytton is seeking a Lead Bartender to oversee bar shift operations and mentor the Bartenders and Barbacks. You will ensure quality beverage preparation, deliver exceptional guest service, and coordinate daily workflows to maintain smooth service.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of high-volume bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, and proven leadership. This role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of high-volume bartending experience.
• Lead bartender or informal team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach others and remain calm in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the shift leader for bar operations and perform all bartender duties.
• Lead by example in professionalism and guest service.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure efficient bar operations.
• Coach and support bartenders and barbacks during shifts.
• Oversee inventory, par levels, and proper beverage presentation.
• Ensure compliance with RBS and health/safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support events and promotions.
• Handle cash and assist with opening/closing procedures.
