Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Bar Lead to oversee daily bar operations, mentor bartenders, and ensure exceptional guest service. The role includes overseeing setup, inventory, quality control, and adherence to service standards to deliver an elevated hospitality experience.

The position pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00 and is tip eligible. This part-time role supports the bar team during assigned shifts and contributes to a welcoming venue environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of bartending at similar venues.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification or ability to obtain it.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and supervise staff.
• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper stocking of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Maintain accurate POS transactions.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service laws.
• Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries.
