A passion for hospitality and attention to detail are essential. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to beverage revenue goals

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on beverage service.
• Ability to maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation.
• Experience training or mentoring junior staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, efficient service to all guests.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation.
• Upsell premium products and personalize service.
• Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks to hotel standards.
• Oversee bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory control.
