Union Square Hospitality Group (Ci Siamo Boston) is seeking a Bartender with a passion for wine, spirits, beer, and hospitality to join our opening team at Commonwealth Pier in Boston. You will deliver exceptional service, knowledge of cocktails and beverage pairings, and lead by example on the bar during service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Bartender or beverage service role; fast-paced bar environment experience is a plus.
• Passion for wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests at the bar.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and seating area.
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and kitchen during service.
