Job summary

Gin & Luck is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team with exceptional hospitality, efficiency, and adherence to Gin & Luck standards for bartending, barbacking and bar prep. You will train staff, respond to guest concerns, and work in tandem with FOH/BOH to ensure service excellence.

You will report to the General Manager and Bar Manager and collaborate closely with kitchen and other FOH/BOH staff to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven bartender experience in a reputable establishment.
• Exceptional hospitality and EQ in handling guests and complaints.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional guest experience from entry to departure.
• Serve alcoholic beverages to guests 21+ with proper ID checks.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and mise en place; manage bar setup and closing tasks.
• Coordinate with barback and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in training bar staff and responding to guest concerns.
