Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead bartenders oversee bar team and assist FOH operations.
• Set up bars, maintain mise en place, and ensure timely service.
• Train new hires and uphold Gin & Luck standards.
• Coordinate with barback, runners, and bartenders for smooth service.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in inventory.
