Job summary

Gin & Luck is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team with hospitality, efficiency, and standard setting for Bartending, Barbacking and Bar Prep. You will train staff, respond to guest concerns, and align with management to represent both team and leadership in service excellence.

The role reports to multiple FOH leaders and requires strong knowledge of cocktails, allergen handling, and bar operations. Competitive hourly pay plus tip potential is offered, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven Bartender experience in a reputable establishment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Serve alcoholic beverages only to guests over 21 and check IDs.
• Maintain bar mise en place and ensure standard service.
• Coordinate with barback and bartenders for smooth service.
• Train and mentor Bar staff; respond to guest complaints professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, ingredients, and allergens.
