Job summary

Workstream seeks a Lead Bartender to support the bar team and management in delivering exceptional service. You will lead in your assigned area, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing daily bar activities, maintaining the menu knowledge, and ensuring proper cash handling. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High-volume bartending experience required.
• Ability to deliver guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Able to walk, stand, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Current Floor Managers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Certify team members are pouring and ringing in drinks properly in the POS, and communicate concerns to management.
• Anticipate needs of guests and colleagues, assist without being asked.
• Perform pre-opening or closing duties of location as assigned by manager.
