Job summary

Workstream in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lead Bartender to support the team and lead in the assigned area, ensuring guests receive exceptional beverage service that aligns with our standards. You will manage day-to-day bar operations, maintain knowledge of our menu and promotions, supervise proper cash handling, and escalate issues to management when needed to keep service smooth.

Qualifications

• High-volume bartending experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Respond appropriately to shift issues or guest concerns and elevate matters to manager.
• Certify team members are pouring and ringing in drinks properly in the POS, and communicate concerns to management.
• Anticipate needs of guests and colleagues, assist without having to be asked.
• Perform pre-opening or closing duties of location as assigned by manager.
