Job summary

Workstream in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead Bartender to support a fast-paced bar, lead in assigned area, and ensure guests receive exceptional service.

You will maintain bar organization, knowledge of menu and promotions, and supervise proper cash handling, with shift escalation to management.

Qualifications

• High-volume bartending experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and lifting heavy items for extended periods.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Current Floor Managers preferred.

• Maintain expert knowledge of our menu, cocktail recipes, and current promotions.
• Respond appropriately to shift issues or guest concerns and elevate matters to manager.
• Certify team members are pouring and ringing in drinks properly in the POS, and communicate concerns to management.
• Anticipate needs of guests and colleagues, assist without having to be asked.
• Perform pre-opening or closing duties of location as assigned by manager.
