Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years customer service experience and 6 months management experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Idaho).
• Ability to pass drug test and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with daily operating procedures and supervise associates.
• Deliver excellent customer service and encourage others to do the same.
• Train and develop associates to meet customer service and operating standards.
• Ensure store policies, standards and procedures are clearly communicated and followed.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Complete reports and participate in Advanced Store Training.
