Responsibilities

• Know recipes and secret items; ensure consistency of drinks.
• Oversee shift operations, energy, and pace; adjust as needed to maintain service.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members during shifts.
• Collect payments and make correct change; manage cash handling.
• Prepare drinks and premixes per recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Communicate with stand management about staffing, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with training and development of crew members.
• Demonstrate friendly, professional customer interactions and problem-solving.
