Dunkin is seeking a Lead Barista (Shift Leader) to join our South Shore team. The role offers growth to Senior SL with a pay range of $16.75–$20 per hour. This is a fast-paced, people-focused position you can grow into leadership as you develop skills and confidence on the floor.
