Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse with craft and heart. You will guide beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain store safety and policies.

You’ll mentor teammates, delegate duties, and foster a welcoming space for the community. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, flexible hours, and strong communication within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers

• Direct and supervise shift activities to ensure quality beverages and foods
• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience
