Flagship Culinary Services in San Francisco is seeking a Lead Barista to guide the barista team across two cafe stations, uphold beverage quality, and model exceptional guest service. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced cafe, supervising shifts, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will train new baristas, monitor inventory, maintain sanitation standards, and collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to deliver consistent experiences.

Qualifications

• Active ServSafe Handlers Card required.
• 1+ year barista experience in a high-volume cafe.
• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience in food service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily café operations to deliver fast, courteous service.
• Prepare espresso beverages and other drinks per recipe standards.
• Train and coach baristas and temporary staff.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation compliance.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to uphold standards.
