Responsibilities

• Assists the Store Manager with placement, training, and motivation of hotel staff to generate high productivity and morale.
• Manage daily operations of the store to meet brand standards.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Implement new ideas for product presentation to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the spirit of hospitality per Hegg Hospitality values.
• Assist in managing staffing levels to ensure partner development and cost control.
• Ensure team follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
