Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading café or retail teams with strong customer focus.
• Ability to coach and develop baristas and booksellers in service standards.
• Comfort mentoring teammates on product presentation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor café team to ensure outstanding customer service and smooth shift operations.
• Coach baristas on drink preparation, cleanliness, and obeying FIFO inventory practices.
• Oversee visual merchandising, display standards, and maintenance of the bake case and counters.
• Ensure efficient checkout processes and strong engagement with customers.
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a safe, welcoming bookstore environment.
