Guest Services in Arlington, VA is hiring a Lead Barista to provide consistently high guest service, maintain cleanliness and product presentation, and help manage sales for coffee, specialty drinks, and food items.

In the absence of the Supervisor you will coordinate breaks, greet guests, take orders, prepare drinks, and assist with POS transactions while upholding sanitation standards and stock/display upkeep.

Competenze

• Experience in guest service or retail preferred.
• Willing to learn specialty coffees and drinks.
• Strong sanitation and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and take beverage orders at the counter.
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items to standard.
• Operate POS for cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist with stock, displays, and store cleanliness.
• Supervise cafe in absence of supervisor.
