Responsibilities

• Lead Menu Execution: Oversee meal prep and service during large-scale banquets and events.
• Hands-On Cooking: Prepare, cook, and present meals for a top-tier culinary experience.
• Ensure Quality & Efficiency: Maintain high food quality and on-time presentation for clients.
• Inventory Reporting: Input on inventory, storage, and rotation of ingredients per safety regs.
• Client Relations: Serve as main contact for clients during events and resolve issues in real-time.
