Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes Savannah seeks a Bakery Manager/Lead Operator to lead the team, oversee cake production, merchandising, and guest services. You will drive profitability through strong leadership, recruiting, and training while maintaining NbC standards and a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in leadership within retail/hospitality, strong communication, and a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
• Experience hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Foodservice safety training or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct bakery team and day-to-day operations.
• Open and close bakery, balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Manage special-order fulfillment and large orders.
• Create weekly sales goals, production plan, and team schedule.
