Pyramid Foods is hiring a Bakery Deli Manager to lead all Bakery and Deli operations on a full-time basis at our Waynesville, MO location. You will supervise bakery and deli staff, oversee daily service, and ensure high-quality product presentation and customer satisfaction.

You will drive staffing, inventory control, and adherence to food safety standards while collaborating with store leadership to maintain efficient operations and a positive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Bakery Deli department.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to schedule staff and manage labor costs.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service and share expertise in bakery and deli products.
• Maintain cleanliness, signage, and proper display in Bakery Deli area.
• Pull, rotate, and manage salad and hot case items; ensure pricing integrity.
• Schedule team members, process orders, monitor sales and labor, and handle vendor credits.
• Train staff to meet safety standards and department policies.
