Qualifications

• 3-4 years demonstrated experience in a high-volume baking environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and speak English.
• Ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and managers in a high-volume production setting.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and measure ingredients.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines for production and storage.
• Ability to train and lead others in a high-volume bakery production setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bakery team and assign tasks to ensure smooth production.
• Prepare bakery recipes and bake breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Weigh, sift, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and schedules.
• Operate mixers, food processors, slicers and other bakery equipment safely.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards across all production areas.
• Adhere to established production timelines and delivery schedules.
