Qualifications

• Must have strong bakery skills and knowledge of bakery terminology and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership to one or more Assistant Bakers and monitor work.
• Prepare bakery items according to culinary, production and quality standards.
• Operate and train others on bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow food handling, sanitation guidelines and production timelines.
