Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, fry and assemble department products and manage timelines.
• Lead bakery clerks and maintain product freshness and correct labeling.
• Inspect quality of incoming products and manage stock, signage, and safety.
• Maintain sanitation and safe operation of bakery equipment daily.
