Qualifications

• Six months up to one year of related experience preferred; department training is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist with their needs throughout the store.
• Prepare, bake, fry, and pull products from freezer or cooler; lead bakery clerks as needed.
• Review product freshness and adjust production for current and future days.
• Inspect incoming products for quality and quantity; ensure correct labeling and safety compliance.
• Write the department schedule and ensure coverage in the Bakery Manager's absence.
• Maintain sanitation and safe work area; adhere to dress code and guidelines.
