Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers, including full-time employees and contractors.
• Prioritize, assign, and review technical work while guiding code and infrastructure changes.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Build and support monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for platform health.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using IaC tools.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance, reliability, and costs.
• Promote best practices across infra and apps; develop disaster recovery capabilities.

Education
