Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to build a Kubernetes-based service mesh platform enabling reliable cloud infrastructure deployments and scalable platform engineering in the cloud.

You will lead development and operations across AWS with Terraform and Kubernetes, collaborating with the team to deliver a resilient platform and supporting releases with strong design and documentation discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lead-level DevOps experience.
• Strong Kubernetes and AWS expertise.
• Hands-on Terraform and IaC workflows.
• Design cloud deployment patterns on AWS.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of a Kubernetes-based service mesh platform.
